We only represent songs at an EXCLUSIVE level. Any songs submitted to any briefs will automatically be added to the SYNC LANDING Music Boutique, and we will pitch them on your behalf as agreed in the one-stop licensing agreement.
MESSAGE FROM AGENT
- As a sync agent, I need to be granted permission to pitch songs, which means that a musician must sign a sync agent agreement each time a song is submitted, granting me the rights to represent a track on their behalf. I can’t present the song to anyone unless it is added to my music boutique through a signed agreement. I only take 25% of the upfront sync fee.
- The agreement can be for 1yr, 2yrs, 3yrs, depending on the length of time the musician chooses for the song to remain in the music boutique for representation.
- I only represent songs at an EXCLUSIVE LEVEL, meaning the song can’t be represented by any other sync agent or library. If you have a sync deal with your music distributor, I can’t represent the song, so make sure you double-check if you selected this option when you released your music.
- Songs don’t need to be released/streaming for sync, but if they are, that’s ok too.
- As a sync agent, I have no control over the selection of the song. I’m just pitching music to music supervisors who might or might not give feedback on the music that I submit to them. THANKS FOR READING. YOUR MUSIC SYNC AGENT, NOEMI CAPOTE :))
